We managed to do this with our first try, although two out of six survivors got killed in the process.

Our strategy was to open the top building, search and clean it. Once we had adequate weapons, the group split in two. Three characters (Ned, Phil & Amy) stayed on the upper street and kept drawing the zombies to them. Simple: step forward, fire as much as possible, step back.

While they were firing, Wanda, Josh and Dave moved through and cleaned the middle an bottom right corner houses. This was the easy part and I guess we went to orange level with two objectives (top and bottom left).

And it got ugly. Josh and Dave rushed to the door of the lower left building. Wanda had a rifle and was on the street Got the door open, but then there were 12 walkers in the crossroad. After blasting 4 were left and moved over Josh. Extra activation and bye bye to him.

Dave got the objective though and he had a molotow. One turn later, extra activation to runners and bye bye Dave. And also goodbye to molotow.

Now the Abomination had caught up with the party on the upper street and they were forced to retreat down. So, Phil hid himself in the upper right building while the others drew the horde to them. Red level.

Phil made it to the door of the upper left building, opened it with slippery-Wanda rushing to help. They didn't manage to kill all spawned walkers in the first room, but after they moved (and thank goodness there weren't any extra activations) Wanda went through the bunch with one move and snatched the last objective.

Three hours well spent.

Had I done it again, I would have spent more time searching for better weapons. Team Amy, Phil and Ned were quite underarmed with Ned having two pistols, Amy with a chainsaw and one Sub MG and Phil with a shotgun. Dual Sub MG:s and a rifle would have done a better job and they might have made it to the top left door on their own.

PS. Gladly you don't need to escape, probably wouldn't have made it.
