Nobody is saying anyone should just shut up.And, not all companies exist solely to make as much profit as the possibly can.
In fact, if that were the case a great many games simply would not exist.
Hobby products, in general, are made often because the person behind them wishes to see them made, not for any profit motive.
And, yes, you could indeed make your own copies of the sculpts, whether that is acceptable or not is something that each individual can only answer for themselves.
And the point of the Starbucks example is that you want something that is not available from the place you wish to obtain it from. You are being offered a way of obtaining something very similar to what you want. The example was deliberately ridiculous precisely because I was trying to illustrate as clearly as possible how ridiculous people are being over the Zombicide sculpts.
And, if it where a case of buying a set of Dr. Who figures and then finding that Tom Baker was an exclusive, then yes, I would suggest alternatives to anyone who expressed the opinion that having the complete set was important to them. And, as in the case of the exclusive Zombicide figures, my suggestion would be to either buy one on ebay, or find a 3rd party alternative.
Because those are the options available to you. If you don't want to take those options then that's fine. But there's absolutely no need for people then start claiming that anyone else is being insulting, or unreasonable, or anything else, for merely suggesting those options as a solution.
