Does driving a car generate Noise tokens, and if so how many and in which zone(s)?

No, it doesn't. The rules would have mentioned it if they do. (I agree it would be more "realistic" if they do, but as per the rules, they don't.)

It costs a Survivor 1 Action to Get In or Out of a Car according to the Actions list on page 8, but in the Cars section page 15 it says that it costs 1 Action to change seats, which is it?

Changing seats in the car is unrelated to getting in or out. The rules should probably be more clear about it, but it's one action to enter, leave, or change seats. You might want to change seats to, for instance, move out of the driver's seat so that someone else can drive the car on the same Player turn.

I guess when I read the rules, the section on cars doesn't show that it requires an action to get out of the car, so I would also ask if it should take an action to get out of the car (since it is in the actions list).

The very back page of the rulebook states that explicitly. "Get in OR get out of a car (if allowed by the scenario)."

The PDF rules state that "The Survivor ignores the first attack he receives every Zombies' turn", does this really mean the first entire attack in the Zombies' turn, or should that say "Zombie's turn"?

The PDF rules are correct, but you're misinterpreting them. The "Zombies' Turn," as you can see on the last page, means the entire sequence of every single zombie attacking/moving across the entire board. If a character with Tough ends the turn in a room with two walkers, that character will take one wound.

Page 7, Danger Bar and Experience, states that a Survivor reaches Red Danger Level at 44 XP, but the Survivor ID Cards make it look like 43, which is it?

That's just a typo in the rules, not really a rules question. The cards clearly indicate that you reach red at 43.
