...and then the Wounded card is included under "Extra Equipment" in the "Dynamic Survivor Identity Card Overview" on p.14 of the rulebook.
As I said if you want to be a pedant I believe you have a valid argument in favour of trading Wounded cards but I don't think that is the intent of the rule and I wouldn't allow it.
And in the Game Contents, Page 2, it says:
