Okay, it was my fault to not specify the situation and talk in theoretical terms. When talking specifically to our game, we had 4 people in the zone and 3 people had pans and crowbars, one person had both machetes, she started passing it along after 2 attack as actions. so other players were using machetes because their pans were not enough to kill zombies. Giving a shotgun as an example was a bad part on my part, I was aware of the order of long range weapon damage: survivor->walker->runner->etc..What I was trying to say, this rule doesn't make sense because you can't be passing weapons along on running zombies, just because you missed to kill one thew first time, talking about realistic life situation here...:shake:
