I'm pretty sure you can give/trade your wound car to another player. It sad so in the rulebook, which is a strange rule. But it says you can do that as your trade action... I can specify the page number if you want

Please do.

Top right, p 8 says you can exchange any number of cards, and middle left of p 9 says that while you can't discard wounds, you can move them as if they were equipment.

Then it specifically says you can share wounds, so as written you can allocate them as you like and trade them after the fact.

Only if you deliberately interpret the rules as written in that way.

Whilst I'll agree that the use of the word "cards" is ambiguous, I would not agree that "move them is if they were equipment" equates to "can trade them with another survivor" - the moving them as if they were equipment is with regard to re-arranging your inventory, not trading.

And the sharing wounds is only when you get attacked - say you have 2 survivors and 2 zombies in a zone at the start of the zombie's turn - the zombies will inflict two wounds - you could give 1 wound to each survivor, or you could give both to 1 of them. That is all that means.

So, whilst it doesn't explicitly state you can't trade wounds, it also doesn't explicitly state that you can. Therefore one should employ a little common sense, and, unless you can somehow transfer a wound from your body to the body of another person, in real life, I think we can safely assume that the designers didn't intend for you to interpret the word "cards" as including "wounded cards".
