Thank you for that wonderful scenario. I decided to play that as tutorial at today's game night. It was fun and did let me explain everything while setting it up and playing the first two or three turns.Players where a friend, who did play Zombicide with me a couple of times, his fiancee and another friend, which both were new to the game. We drew Survivors, flipped the cards over and had El Cholo (friend's friend), Phil (friend), Dave (friend's fiancee) and Wanda (me by lucky coincidence).
In the first run we went straight to the key and had already one Survivor in yellow, when we opened the door across the street of Wanda's apartment, but had luck with drawing. The diner's population was … sparse—some Zombies climbed their way up from the sewers and were handled easily. Just as I told my fellow co-players, that this scenario was as good as won, I drew this nice little extra activation for walkers and all four Survivors were eaten alive right outside Wanda's Diner. One Turn away from temporary safety. Awesome TPK! Everyone laughed and we started a second run with a new deck of Survivors. I don't remember who was exactly in the team. My expirienced friend and me did let the new players decide most of the tactics and in the end we had enough margin for bad luck, to goof around a little in front of the opened door to the storeroom.
This scenario was very motivating for the new players and entertaining for all of us. Again: Thank you! Niceley done.
