Yes, my three plastic trays fit perfectly inside the box. I put the other minis, Abomination and heroes in one of the boxes that held the promo heroes, same goes for the dice and tokens. It all fits perfectly.
I was asking for other types of storage besides the plastic ones that came with the game....
