I also missed out on the Kickstarter as I didn't notice the game until after it was over, but I have since purchased the game via Cool Stuff and then printed out the bonus character cards on a nice glossy card stock via a color laser printer and they look fantastic. In fact, I like them better then the original cards as my card stock is a bit thinner which makes it much easier to slide the kill slider. This is really a big plus as it doesn't knock your cards off.Sure, I don't have the sculpts but I do have 6 sculpts that came with the base game and only 6 people can play so it all works out. Yeah, someone could argue that it's wrong to use Wanda for Claudia but I find that it works out just fine.

Personally, I think they WILL someday have sculpts to purchase for these bonus characters. Kickstarter exclusive promises are easily manipulated. For example, they could slightly change the pose on each character and manufacture them or they could simply change the colors. Getting around exclusivities and promises are easy and happen quite often.
Heck, the fine Sentinels for the Multiverse folks actually just mentioned that they will someday make all of their previous exclusives and promos available for purchase. WHat, how, what heresy! Simple, they are going to alter the art or card backs in a way that they are clearly not the originals. This will keep their promise, preserve collect-ability for those that care about that, and will make desired items available in a way that benefits everyone. I'd be really surprised if a hit game like Zombicide won't ultimately do something like this as well.
